$❄️ Frost Fairy ❄️ . So here it is.. my winning cake from @kirstieshandmadechristmas 🙌🏼 . Here is a little bit of a breakdown of it all for you... a full write up and links will be on my next blog post G is for... . The base cake is a 8x6” solid Genoa cake.. The top tier is a 6x4” @sugarandcrumbs1 Pina Colada sponge. . Both cakes were covered in a white chocolate ganache made using my favourite @callebautchocolate . Both cakes were decorated using: Airbrush colours by @spectrumflow @fractalcolors Silver leaf by @barnabas_gold Cake Lace and Mat by @cakelaceltd Isomalt by @squireskitchen Fairy sculpted using @saracinodolci @saracinouk Edible dusts by @rainbow_dust_colours Edible glitter flakes and snowflake cutters by @pmecake Sugar Pearls and all above barring the silver leaf are purchased from @the_cake_decorating_co .
